SWN also organizes recreational programs and retreats for its staff. These recreation events motivates staffs for better performance and enjoyable workload. SWN also hosts official events and organizes parties for its staffs. For example, there was a retreat program in Hotel Mystic Mountain, Nagarkot in 2017. There is a bar area in the office premises that is exclusively used for official events.
