Scott Wilson Nepal (SWN) has been providing practical and field-based training to support classroom sessions in developing infrastructure engineering skills of local government institutions. The training covers a range of community infrastructures including roads, irrigation, water supply, community buildings and private shelters, nature-based and bioengineering applications for slope stabilization, and disaster risk management.

This documentary shows part of the training programme provided to the Technical Assistants engaged by the Local Governments and assigned to the Prime Minister Employment Program (PMEP) of the Government of Nepal.
