Our Core Team Member

Anish Khanal is a Geological Engineer and has completed his Masters’ degree in Engineering Geology from the Central Department of Geology, Tribhuvan University. He has 2 years of experience in Himalayan geology, rock strength estimation,  landslide assessment and soil tests in the flood plains of Saptari and Mahottari. He is currently involved as a Project Officer (Geology) in ECHO-funded (Pratibaddha) Risk-Informed Landslide Management in Nepal’s Hill Area. He is skilled in GIS, ILWIS, Geopsy, and some basics of MatLab coding.
