A half-day workshop on Infrastructure Transparency Initiative – CoST – was organized in Nepal on 29th March 2023 by CoST in partnership with Scott Wilson Nepal (SWN) and Accountability Lab in order to develop a wider understanding and promote CoST in Nepal. The event was participated by a range of stakeholders including the Government of Nepal, the private sector, Civil Society Organisations, Media, and professionals working in the good governance sector. Hamish Goldie-Scot from CoST introduced the CoST approach and experience of its applying CoST standards globally, with a focus on Indonesia and Ukraine. Governance expert Pranav Bhattarai and IT/Open Data Expert Bibhusan Bista of Young Innovations made presentations on different aspects of CoST.
