पहिरो प्रभावित जोखिमयुक्त बस्तीको भौगर्भिक अध्ययन-चैत्र ६, २०८१
प्रतिवद्ध परियोजना चरण–३ अन्तर्गत बझाङ जिल्लाको थलारा र केदारस्युँ गाउँपालिकामा भुगर्भविद्, भू-प्राविधिक इञ्जिनियर, हाइड्रोलोजिष्ट, र समाजशास्त्री सम्मिलित विषय विज्ञ टोलीले पहिरो जोखिम अध्ययन प्रारम्भ गरेको छ ।
अध्ययन प्रारम्भ गर्नु अघि, गाउँपालिकाका जनप्रतिनिधि र प्राविधिक समूहलाई पहिरो जोखिम अध्ययनका विधि, प्रक्रिया, र यसको उपयोगिता सम्बन्धी अनुशिक्षण प्रदान गरिएको थियो।
यस अध्ययनले पहिरो जोखिमयुक्त बस्तीको जोखिम विश्लेषण, जोखिम न्यूनीकरण उपायहरूको पहिचान र सुरक्षित पुनर्वास रणनीति विकासमा गाउँ/नगरपालिकालाई सहयोग गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
As part of the EU-funded Pratibaddha-III Project, a team of experts, including geologists, geotechnical engineers, hydrologists, and sociologists, has initiated a landslide risk assessment in the Thalara and Kedarsyu Rural Municipalities of Bajhang District.
Before commencing the study, a brief orientation session was conducted for rural municipality representatives and technical teams on landslide risk assessment methods, processes, and their practical applications.
The study aims to analyze landslide risk in high-risk settlements, identify risk mitigation measures, and support the development of safe resettlement strategies in collaboration with the local, provincial, and federal governments.
