Scott Wilson Nepal (SWN) provides technical assistance to Okharbot Organic Farm Pvt. Ltd. in Dhulikhel to mitigate widespread landslides and slope instabilities around the resort farm area. SWN has assessed the slope failures and drainage patterns and offered an optimized nature-based solutions (NbS) based design together with simple and low-cost civil engineering structures to stabilize slopes, manage runoff to protect the structures, and build landslide resilience by building on extensive use of local materials and plant species.
