Expanding Resilience: EU-Funded Pratibaddha Phase-III
युरोपेली आयोगको सहयोगमा सञ्चालित प्रतिबद्ध चरण-३ ले कर्णाली, सुदूरपश्चिम, लुम्बिनी प्रदेश र यी प्रदेशका ६ नगर/गाउँपालिकामा पहिरो जोखिम न्यूनीकरण, विपद् पूर्वतयारी र मौसम पूर्वानुमानमा आधारित पूर्व तयारीका क्षेत्रमा काम गरिरहेको छ। स्कट विल्सन नेपालले बायो-ईन्जिनियरिङ्ग, उन्नत सडक निर्माण तथा पहिरो जोखिम न्यूनीकरण गर्न स्थानीय र प्रदेश सरकारलाई प्राविधिक तथा नीतिगत सहयोग गरिरहेको छ । प्रतिबद्ध चरण-३ को नेतृत्व People In Need ले गरेको छ भने यो परियोजनाको साझेदारको रूपमा सामुदायिक आत्मनिर्भर केन्द्र, स्कट विल्सन नेपाल र सेभ द चिल्ड्रेन रहेका छन् ।
Scott Wilson Nepal is excited to announce our partnership in Pratibaddha-III, funded by the EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid. In collaboration with People in Need, Community Self Reliance Centre (CSRC), and Save the Children in Nepal, the project is working to strengthen provincial and local government systems to enhance capacities for landslide disaster mitigation, disaster preparedness, and early action. The project will be implemented in Karnali, Sudurpashchim, and Lumbini provinces.
Scott Wilson Nepal will work on these key focus areas.
Assessing landslide-prone communities and risks.
Implementing Nature-Based Solutions for resilient roads and landslide mitigation measures.
Supporting policy reviews for disaster-resilient infrastructure.
Raising community awareness for sustainable disaster management.
Together, we are paving the way for safer and more resilient communities.
