Our work in building capacities at local level contributed to strengthening of competencies at individual and organizations levels and to improve, and retain the skills and knowledge needed to do undertake roles effectively. Our ongoing works in building engineering skills of engineering teams in Karnali at Gaupalika and Nagarpalika level, for example, prepares the local teams to undertake engineering processes effectively and correctly to deliver quality infrastructures within the stipulated time.
