Capacity Strengthening

SWN has carried out more than 50 training programs for organizations such as USAID, UN WFP, ADB, FCDO/ DFID, EU, GIZ, USAID, College of Science and Technology (CST), Phuentsoling, Bhutan, Gurkha Welfare Trust Nepal, and government agencies such as Prime Ministry Employment Fund (PMEP). SWN has been involved in designing and delivering training packages for small-scale infrastructure, labor-based technology, village engineering training, result-based monitoring and evaluation, and natural resources safeguard for linear infrastructure.
