Highlights of Our Services

  • Design, Supervision, and Implementation of 2000 + Community Infrastructures This includes rural roads, drinking water systems, irrigation schemes, rainwater harvesting, river training, community and school buildings, foot trails, and small bridges.
  • Reconstruction and Recovery Support Delivered engineering services, reconstruction evaluations, and third-party monitoring for key development partners such as the World Bank, USAID, WFP, DFID, EU, and SDC in post-disaster districts including Gorkha, Sindhupalchowk, Ramechhap, Dhading, Dolakha, Rasuwa, Lamjung, and Makawanpur.
  • Homeowner Support Provided technical and social assistance to over 15,000 homeowners in reconstructing safer, more resilient homes.
  • Integrated Settlement Planning Prepared detailed site plans under the NRA Integrated Settlement Provision 2075 for the resettlement of displaced households. These plans included engineering designs and drawings for housing and infrastructure with integrated disaster risk reduction, livelihood, and resource management strategies.
  • Karnali Employment Program- Technical Assistant (KEPTA) Provided technical assistance to enhance the social protection components of the Government of Nepal’s Karnali Employment Programme. Key responsibilities included feasibility and detailed technical assessments, regular measurements of work, environmental and climate change sensitivity, slope assessment and site inventory and application of bioengineering works, site supervision and reporting using MIS of various rural infrastructures like rural roads, community buildings, irrigation, etc.
