Ms. Shangrial holds an Honorary degree in Conflict Peace and Development Studies and B.Sc. in Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University. She has more than 5 years’ of working experience in different development projects which includes, Research on local governance, policy analysis and formulation, gender-based violence, gender and social inclusion, project management & Implementation. I am having a great passion for the development field as a practitioner.
