Santosh Panthee is an engineer with expertise in disaster governance and climate-resilient infrastructure. He has over 13 years of experience in the development sector. His core expertise lies in green and climate-resilient infrastructure, disaster risk mitigation, disaster preparedness, Nature-based Solutions (NbS), bioengineering, and capacity building for local, provincial, and federal governments. He is also actively engaged in policy advocacy and community mobilization to promote sustainable and inclusive development.
Santosh leads the management of projects focused on green, climate-resilient infrastructure and disaster risk reduction for both national and international clients. He has worked extensively with the Government of Nepal, UNDP, USAID, and the European Union, delivering participatory, environmentally friendly, and climate-resilient infrastructure solutions, particularly in the rural road sector.
