Shuva is a senior professional with expertise and passion for climate resilient, green and inclusive infrastructure development in Nepal. Over the past 30 years, he has demonstrated professional skills in participatory infrastructure programme design, quality assurance and evaluation of development initiatives, which he has undertaken for leading development partners, including FCDO/DFID, SDC, MCC, World Bank, USAID, ADB, etc. He brings his services with high level understanding of climate change priorities, support to the marginalized groups and a deep sense of commitment to infrastructure governance and achieving quality in what is delivered.
At Scott Wilson Nepal, he provides professional leadership to a diverse range of projects undertaken by the organization. He has led a number of national and international assignments in Africa (The Gambia, Ethiopia, Cameroon), UK, Bhutan, and Nepal. He was associated with Scott Wilson Group (UK) for more than 14 years, serving in the UK, Africa, and later in Nepal as its Country Manager (1999 to 2008).
