Capacity is about growth of an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience. This is also about the growth of a group that surrounds this individual as these skills and knowledge are passed on. Further on, this growth impacts a society and the nation.
In pursuit of building capacities of individuals, groups and across societies, we promote genuine learning process through training and exposure opportunities that will continue to be integral to the process, alone or as part of a broader strategy. On the job training, mentoring, and simulations all build technical skills, expand critical thinking and sharpen problem solving. We understand that learning can take place via informal networks and communities of practice, as well as in the workshop, and community events.
