Position Summary
Scott Wilson Nepal is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence across Nepal. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in business development in the development consulting sector of Nepal and be familiar with infrastructure development, research and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) sector. The BD Associate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and managing client engagements.
Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Remuneration: Attractive package reflecting competencies and experience.
Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Contract: Long-term (following a 3-months probationary period)
Location: Panipokhari, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu (Central Office). See our website for location.
Reporting to: Business Development Lead and CEO
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Sustainable Development Studies, Business Administration, or a justifiable field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, bid preparation, research activities, or client management in Nepal.
- Strong understanding of the development sector in Nepal.
- Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals.
